1.1 Who leads this guild?
The Guild Leader is the
Mistress of Novices.

1.2 Can men who channel become Aes Sedai?
No, men who channel should join the Black Tower and be Asha'man.

1.3 What Ajah should I be?
The choice of Ajah is up to you, and your character.

1.4 Can other Ajahs besides the Green have more than one Warder?
We encourage players to adhere to the strictures in the books.

1.5 Can the Red Ajah have Warders?
We encourage players to adhere to the strictures in the books.

1.6 Is the Red Ajah the same as in the books?
No, the NT Red Ajah has this purpose: to curtail misuse of the One Power. With no Taint on saidin, the Reds instead hunt down and bring for justice or training all rogue channellers.

1.7 How do I go about bonding?
Both players must agree to the arrangement. The characters are both of the proper (3rd) ranking. Your characters RP the bonding, preferably creating a fic in the process. Please note that (in character) Aes Sedai are harshly censured for bonding a man against his will. No bond will be acknowledged if a character is bonded against the Member's wishes.

1.8 What are the benefits of bonding?
The recipient of the Bond (Warder) gains 100 points in Combat - Endurance.

1.9 What are the guild requirements?
Entrance and Raising Requirements can be found in the
Points Section. These are the minimum requirements and players are encourage to go beyond them if desired. There is a points cap of 700 for first-rank and 1200 for second-rank characters.

1.10 How does my character channel?
You write your character's channelling the same as ever, with description and intended effect, but the abilities your character has are slightly different. Your character may only channel those elements in which she has points, and only at the strength those points indicate. The weaves available are listed
here in the Points Section. You character may perform only those weaves her One Power points match up to.

Example:
Mary Aes Sedai has the following points
100 Air (Average)
100 Water (Average)
215 Spirit (Strong)
20 Fire (Weak)
7 Earth (Awful)
She cannot do any weave that requires Earth because she is not strong enough. She can weave Lesser Compulsion, because she is Strong in Spirit. She can make any weave that her skills meet or exceed.

The Guild Leader is the
M'Hael.

2.2 Can an Asha'man bond anyone?
Asha'man may bond an Aes Sedai (3rd rank) or a character of another guild that is his wife.

2.3 What are the benefits of Bonding?
The recipient of the Bond (the Aes Sedai or wife) gains 100 points in Combat - Endurance

2.5 How does my character channel?

He cannot do any weave that requires Air because he is not strong enough. He can weave Cutting Lines of Fire, because he is a Master in Fire and Average in Spirit. He can make any weave that his skills meet or exceed.


3.1 Who leads the Whitecloaks?
The Guild Leader is the
Lord Captain Commander.

3.2 Is there a High Inquisitor?
The existence of a High Inquisitor as a played position is decided by the Lord Captain Commander. If such a man exists, he has IC authority over the Hand of the Light and is answerable (in theory) to the Lord Captain Commander.

3.3 Can women join this guild?
No. Only male characters may be Children of the Light.

The Commoner Guild Leader. This is the only Guild Leader who's position IC is not relevant. The Leader could be a Thief, a Spy, a Merchant, a Farmer, or just about anyone.
